This machine is specially developed to work with panels with straight, refined, round and soft-formed (curved) edges, allowing irregular pieces to be glued together. Its automatic feeding feature works with melaminic paper, wood sheets, ABS or PVC, in rolls or bands from 0,4mm to 3mm thick. This easily operated machine offers high productivity and low maintenance.

STRUCTURE

- Measuring 1000 x 800 x 800 mm, 2mm thick plate, the table is 3/8 x 450 x 900 mm thick, strengthened with 3/8 ribs.

GLUE SPREADER

- Made straight, to spread the glue onto the band, 3200 W, 3Kg capacity, with automatic temperature control, band thickness 0,4 to 3mm, maximum banding height 80mm.
- Glues paper, wood sheets, Formica, ABS and PVC.

KNIFE

- For paper, wood sheets, ABS or PVC, materials in rolls, 3mm thick maximum.

STARTING PEDAL

- Starts movement of the knife and the material, when gluing curved pieces.

SIDE HOLDER

- Helps holding the materials in place and enhances the reach of the table to 700mm. It is also used as a support for bigger pieces.

TOP HOLDER

- Helps holding bigger pieces in place, eliminating oscillation during banding.

SPEED CONTROLLER

- Changes the work speed from 4 to 12 m/min, adjusted according to the panel or operator moves.
